With the adoption of one grapevine you will receive annually 2 bottles of organic Trepat red wine. Unlike the normal wine, the organic wine has been treated from the beginning on in our vineyards with purely organic products, which means no chemical products used.
 
Variety trepat
This is a Variety of native black grapevine from the "Conca de Barberá" (Tarragona, Spain).
The obteined wine is a fresh and light wine with a color between cherry and ruby. Its taste reminds to red fruit and licorice, with a spicy touch of pepper and bay leaf. The color, the aroma and the taste make this wine unique.
 
Our organic vineyards
They are locatet at the town of Espluga de Francolí (Conca de Barberá), 440 m. above sea level. This vineyards lay at the foot of the Prades mountains and close to the Cistercian monastery of Santa María de Poblet, in an area very ventilated by winds from the sea in summer and inland winds during winter. This minimizes the development of diseases.
They were planted in 2015 on clay soil, following the ecological cultivation system (CCPAE), with annual ecological control inspections.
 
Visit your vines and participate in the harvest
With prior notice, you can visit your vines to get to know them and follow the different agricultural tasks which are carried out during the year. You can also collect your grapes in person during the harvest, or if you prefer, taste your wine directly at our vineyards. Come and visit us!
