The adoption of trees is a method which allows you to participate in the agricultural production, by following the evolution and controlling the quality of an agricultural product until it reaches your table.

Choose a tree, give it a name, follow its cultivation and ensure its annual production.

This initiative was born as a solution against the over production by the food industry, which is currently found in our society. Based in a crowdfounding system, you have now the possibility to adopt a group of trees from our fields to produce the requiered amount of olive oil or wine to consume at home with your friends and family.
Why adopt
With the adoption of trees you have the possibility of reducing the environmental impact associated with a long food chain and at the same time, reducing the overpricing between suppliers which directly affects the farmer's income.

How long does an adoption last and when do I receive my order?
With the adoption, an annual subscription will be made and automatically renewed each year.
The first year you will receive your first harvest two weeks after making the first payment. Subsequently, you will receive the following harvests in every January of each year.

Can I customize my shipment?
If you want to customize the shipping date of your harvest, contact us by email at info.mydolia@gmail.com
In addition, if you have more than two adopted trees, you have the possibility to customize the shipment and receive the order whenever you want *.
For instance, If you have adopted 12 new plantation olive trees (production of 24 liters of oil per year) you can customize the shipment so that you receive 2 liters of oil each month.
* For each extra transport, the shipping costs will be charged.

Can I customize the payment method?
If you have an adoption worth more than € 200, we give you the possibility of making the payment every six months. Once you have made the subscription, we will contact you to specify the payment of the subscription.
If you want to split the payment into two semesters, please let us know by email at info.mydolia@gmail.com .

Can I split the shipment of production?
Depending on the type of subscription, you have different types of shipping. Select one of our products to discover our price plan.
If you want to 100% customize your shipment, you can do it through the "Customize adoption" form. You can find it along with our pricing plan.

How can I cancel an adoption?
If you want to stop adopting a tree or want to modify your subscription (for example, modify the number of adopted trees), you can contact us at any time per email at info.mydolia@gmail.com .
If you have decided to cancel your subscription, you have time to do it up to a month before the first payment. This will be charged the first week of January. In other words, you have time to cancel the subscription until November 31st.

What do I receive after making the fist payment of the adoption?
When you send the form for the adoption request, you will receive an email with the order confirmation as soon as we have validated your request. In the next 2 working days, we will contact you to specify the shipping date.
Once the first payment is accepted and made, you will receive after two weeks, your first product from the previous harvest. From the second year of adoption on, you will receive your order one month after harvesting the adopted tree. On this case, you will recive the harvest on January. If you want to modify the default shipping type, contact us at info.mydolia@gmail.com

How can I customize the label?
In the adoption form you must write a name for the adopted olive tree/ vine, for example: "Creu de l'Horta" or "Les Planes". The label of your product will come out with the following highlighted phrase
a) "Creu de l'Horta ..... Spanish oil from the harvest of Ricardo García". Produced in Spain from his adopted olive trees.
b) “Les Planes…. Red wine, Trepat variety, from the harvest of Maria Navarro. Produced in Spain from her adopted vines.
